1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of QuadraHydra Command Center, its supplied documentation, trial access, and paid license. Read them before beginning a trial, entering an activation credential, or completing a purchase that expressly requires agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not activate or use the software.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If purchasing for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You may use the software only on computers you own or are authorized to administer.

2. Three-day trial

Official QuadraHydra trial access requires an Avery Logic Works account. A product-specific trial credential is issued through the official Avery Logic Works trial flow and the entitlement lasts 72 consecutive hours from the recorded trial claim unless the checkout or trial screen expressly states otherwise. Time continues while the software is closed. No payment card is required for the free trial, the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription, and it does not automatically charge you.

Trial eligibility is normally limited to one QuadraHydra trial per account. Supported builds may bind a trial credential to the first computer that validates it. Avery Logic Works may use limited account, browser-token, network, and device-fingerprint consistency signals to identify possible repeated-trial circumvention. A shared computer or network is not automatically treated as abuse; suspicious patterns may be flagged for review.

When the trial expires, continued use of licensed features requires a valid purchase credential. Deliberately resetting trial records, creating additional accounts to repeatedly restart the same trial, bypassing expiry, or otherwise obtaining continued unlicensed access is not permitted, except to the extent applicable law expressly protects an activity despite this restriction.

3. Paid license and computers

After payment, the Seller grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive license for one named user to install and use the purchased major version on one Windows computer at a time, for personal use or the user's internal business purposes. In ordinary language: one purchase, one computer. You may transfer the installation to a replacement computer if you stop using and remove the licensed installation from the previous computer. Each additional simultaneously used PC requires its own license.

The license is perpetual for the purchased major version, subject to these Terms. There is no recurring license fee for that version. The software is licensed, not sold as a transfer of intellectual-property ownership. You may retain a backup copy for your own authorized use.

A perpetual license does not promise permanent technical support, all future major versions, or operation on every future operating-system release. Bug fixes and minor updates for your purchased major version are included if released. Future major versions may be sold separately. These provisions do not restrict rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.

4. Price, payment, delivery, and refunds

The price is US $15 per license, paid once, plus any applicable taxes disclosed before purchase. The currency, license quantity, applicable taxes, and total payable must be shown before you complete a purchase. The order confirmation records the purchased entitlement. A trial requires a separate affirmative purchase to become paid access.

Checkout is handled through the payment method shown on the official Avery Logic Works purchase page. Purchase and licensing records may be associated with the customer account and purchase email so access can be delivered, verified, supported, and recovered when appropriate. If delivery or activation fails, contact Averylogicworks@gmail.com with your order reference. Do not send full payment-card details, passwords, or private signing materials.

The support and refund policy at averylogicworks.com/support.html applies. Refunds are reviewed using the payment record and delivery status. Contact us for failed activation, duplicate charges, billing errors, or a product that materially fails to match its description. Using a trial does not waive mandatory consumer rights. No term in this agreement removes a statutory right to a refund, repair, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Process-control risks and responsible operation

QuadraHydra displays process information and permits changes to process priorities, process suspension and resumption, and process termination. Some actions require Windows administrator privileges. Changes can make applications unresponsive, interrupt work, reduce performance, or cause loss of unsaved data. Administrator privileges do not make an action safe, and built-in protected-process checks cannot identify every hazardous action.

Save your work and maintain appropriate backups before changing processes. Do not terminate or suspend a process unless you understand its role and the consequences. Do not use this utility as a safety-critical control system or rely on it to protect medical, emergency, industrial, or similarly critical operations. Obtain the relevant system owner's authorization before use.

Performance depends on hardware, Windows behavior, workload, and the settings selected. The Seller does not promise a particular increase in speed, frame rate, rendering throughput, or resource capacity.

6. Restrictions and ownership

Except as your license, applicable law, or an applicable third-party license permits, you may not:

sell, publicly distribute, sublicense, or share your activation credential or licensed copies;
bypass activation or trial restrictions to obtain unauthorized access;
use multiple accounts or other technical workarounds to repeatedly obtain the same free trial;
copy, modify, or redistribute protected portions of the software without permission;
remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
use the software to interfere unlawfully with another person's computer or data.

These restrictions do not override legally protected interoperability, security research, fair use, or other activities that applicable law does not allow the Seller to prohibit. They also do not restrict rights granted by a separate third-party or open-source license.

The Seller and its licensors retain the intellectual-property rights they own in the software and documentation. No ownership in your files, inventions, content, or other intellectual property transfers to the Seller through use of this software.

7. Privacy, validation, updates, and support

The application privacy notice describes local storage and network requests for this build. Website accounts, purchases, payment processing, licensing, fraud-prevention signals, and support correspondence are governed by the website and product privacy disclosures provided when those services are used.

Where a build uses online trial or license validation, the request may include the activation credential or a derived identifier, product identifier, account-linked entitlement information, and a device fingerprint or hash needed to determine whether the credential belongs to that computer. These checks are for licensing, support, and fraud prevention and do not authorize Avery Logic Works to browse unrelated local files.

The app can check for updates and open a download page. An update check does not itself install a new version. No obligation to install an update is implied unless applicable law or an expressly agreed support arrangement requires it. Keep copies of the installer and purchase record.

8. Warranty disclaimer

TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW PERMITS, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” THE SELLER DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT THOSE WARRANTIES CAN LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

The Seller does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every application, or suitable for your particular workload. This clause does not cancel an express promise made in your order or any consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW PERMITS, THE SELLER IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOSS OF DATA. SUBJECT TO THE EXCEPTIONS BELOW, THE SELLER'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE AFFECTED LICENSE.

These limitations do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited, death or personal injury where limitation is prohibited, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit the Seller to exclude or limit. If a limitation is prohibited, it applies only to the extent permitted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Ending the license

You may end your license by ceasing use and removing your licensed copies, without affecting refund or other rights that already arose. The Seller may terminate or disable a license or entitlement for a material breach after notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a breach that can be corrected. Immediate action may be appropriate for deliberate license fraud or unlawful interference with others, to the extent permitted by law.

After a valid termination or a refund that ends the purchase, you must cease licensed use. Nothing in this agreement authorizes arbitrary remote access to your files or remote deletion of unrelated content from your computer.

11. Governing law, disputes, and changes

Nevada law governs this agreement to the extent a valid choice of Nevada law is permitted, without removing mandatory consumer protections or court rights that apply where you reside. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. You may contact the Seller to attempt an informal resolution, but this is not a mandatory barrier to a remedy available by law.

A revised agreement will identify its version and effective date. It will not retrospectively remove paid entitlements or mandatory rights. If new assent is required, the Seller must obtain it rather than assume that you agreed to unseen revisions.

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Your purchase confirmation, these Terms, and the accompanying Refund Policy govern the purchased license, subject to applicable law and any express written terms agreed for your order.
