Scope

This notice describes the QuadraHydra desktop application and its product-specific licensing/validation behavior. The Avery Logic Works website, account system, checkout, general analytics, email delivery, and support systems are also governed by the website privacy disclosures that apply when those services are used.

Information handled on your computer

QuadraHydra reads information about running processes and system resource use so it can display the process list, CPU and memory statistics, priorities, and available controls. It may read executable paths when you use related controls. That process-management activity occurs locally.

The application may store settings, trial or activation state, agreement acceptance records, and diagnostic/activity logs under %LOCALAPPDATA%\AveryLogicWorks\QuadraHydra or the application’s documented data location. Logs can contain timestamps, process names and identifiers, changes you requested, errors, and local file paths.

QuadraHydra does not use the process list or local files for advertising profiles. The application is not designed to automatically upload your process list or unrelated local file contents to Avery Logic Works.

Account, trial, and license validation

Official free-trial access is associated with an Avery Logic Works account. Supported builds can validate a product-specific trial credential against Avery Logic Works systems. A validation request may include the trial credential or a derived identifier, the QuadraHydra product identifier, expiration information, and a device fingerprint or cryptographic hash used to determine whether the trial belongs to the computer that first activated it.

Avery Logic Works may also retain limited browser-token, account, network/IP hash, and device-consistency information for trial eligibility, license support, and fraud prevention. These signals can help identify patterns such as repeated accounts attempting to restart the same product trial on one computer. A shared computer or network is not automatically treated as misuse; suspicious patterns may be surfaced for owner review.

Paid licensing may likewise use limited account, purchase, activation, and device information when required by the build or entitlement service. Licensing checks do not authorize Avery Logic Works to browse unrelated files on your computer.

Update requests

The application may check a release manifest hosted through Avery Logic Works infrastructure and offer a manual update check. The request obtains public version information. It is not intended to include your process list or unrelated local file contents.

As with an ordinary HTTPS request, the service handling a request receives network information such as IP address, request time, and HTTP request metadata. Hosting providers may retain request logs according to their service practices. Following an update or purchase link opens the Avery Logic Works website or another disclosed service whose own privacy notice applies.

Support and purchases

If you choose to send a diagnostic log to support, inspect it first and remove unrelated confidential information. No diagnostic log should be sent automatically unless a future build clearly discloses that feature before collection. Information you send, such as email address, order reference, and support message, is handled under the website/support privacy disclosures. The desktop application does not itself process payment-card information.

Retention and choices

Local settings, activation records, trial-related cache files, and saved logs remain until removed from your computer or replaced by the application’s normal maintenance behavior. Server-side trial, account, licensing, payment, and anti-abuse records may be retained for the period reasonably needed to operate the entitlement, provide support, prevent repeated-trial misuse, meet legal/accounting obligations, and protect Avery Logic Works systems.

You may inspect or remove local files after closing the application. Removing local settings or activation records can reset settings or require reactivation, but removing local data does not create a new server-side trial entitlement or permission to bypass licensing restrictions.

Agreement records and website checkout

The application may save the accepted terms version, document hashes, and acceptance time locally. Website purchase and trial flows may separately record terms acceptance, account identity, purchase references, entitlement records, and limited security metadata.
